User Name Recovery

Hello, to find your username using your winners card we need some information from the card. Your winner's card looks something like this:

Next note the column headers: Date, Venue, Game, and Div.

These are important because it is how we are going to associate your online account to your game play account.

Next notice next to your name in the "Issued To:" yellow area is an alphanumeric identifer, that is your Player ID. In this case it is 7149.
